INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE REPORT

20/11/2007 - INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE REPORT

THAT            

(a)              performance to the end of September 2007, and the adequacy of the proposed remedial actions to address areas of under-performance, be considered; and

(b)              given the Council’s community leadership responsibilities, Cabinet take a proactive stance with Herefordshire Partnership Performance Management Group on under performance on indicators lead by partner organisations.


23/01/2007 - INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE REPORT

THAT:

(a)     performance to the end of November 2006, and remedial action to address areas of under-performance, be considered;

(b)     there no longer be in-year reporting of most of the performance indicators that measure the public’s perceptions of quality of life or services; but, instead, that progress towards improving them should be judged against 3-year targets, with performance being reported annually; and with in-year performance reporting of the things that are happening that should change for the better how people perceive their quality of life and services; and

(c)     the Overall Improvement Plan and associated Board should be closed down as soon as possible, but no later than 31st March 2007, and all designated major transformation and improvement programmes be taken forward under the umbrella of the Transformation Board.

THAT performance to the end of September 2006, and remedial action to address areas of under-performance, be considered.


20/06/2006 - INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE REPORT

THAT (a)            performance for 2005-06 be considered and noted;

(b) the actions being taken to improve performance against indicators for 2006-07 (in paragraph 7 of the report) be supported; and

(b) the Best Value Performance Indicators for 2005-06 be approved for publication subject to any detailed textual amendments required.
