• The Tenant holds a 125 year Academy lease and all alterations require landlord’s consent.

• Proposed works involve demolition of small single storey toilet block extension and replacing it with a two storey building and a single storey covered walkway connecting back to the existing building and

• Remodelling of existing teaching spaces internally and

• A new main entrance on southern facade of existing building to provide pedestrian access from Blackfriars Street;

• Planning consent has been granted for the development.
