To award a contract to Velta Construction Ltd – to the value of £201,930.81 for Infrastructure Improvements near Lord Scudamore Academy on Friar Street, and Riverside Primary School on Belmont Avenue.
The costs split is as follows:
LUF North (Lord Scudamore Academy): £125,109.31
LUF South (Riverside Primary School) £76,821.50
To build in a 15% contingency amount bringing the total allocated to:
LUF North: £143,875.71
LUF South: £88,344.73
To further delegate all operational and budgetary decisions up to the maximum value of £233,000.00 for this scheme to the Interim Delivery Director Infrastructure, Capital Programme Manager and Capital Project Manager.
