To award a 12 month contract to Rainbow Care Solutions Ltd to deliver a Discharge to Assess (D2A) Reablement Service in Herefordshire from 1 June 2026 until 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for an additional period of up to 12 months (potentially until 31 May 2028).
