To award framework agreements to 53 successful bidders (listed on
Appendix 1) for a place on the Alternative Provision Framework across
three lots, being Lot 1 - Education and Engagement activities, Lot 2 -
Mentoring and/or Lot 3 -Tuition.

The whole Framework will commence in May 2026 and be in place for up
to 7 years (5 years and up to 24 months extension) to May 2033 (subject to demand and further internal governance), with an aggregate estimated
maximum spend of up to £20 million.
