To approve the release of the charge
1. The Council has been approached by the purchasers solicitor to
release a charge on 29 Miller Craddock Way.
2. A red book valuation has been undertaken on the property and the
Council will receive appropriate compensation to release the
charge.
3. The Council’s professional fees will be recovered.
