Award a contract to SC Joseph Ltd for internal refurbishment works at Ryefields Centre, 33 Grammar School Close, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 7QD following a successful tender on the Council’s procurement portal.

Approve the expenditure of up to £149,255.19 for the works, which includes a contingency of up to £15,000.

Approve the expenditure of up to £2,000 for internal and external professional fees.

Authority is delegated to the Senior Project Manager from the
Interim Director of Commercial Services as spend manager for the project.
