07/08/2025 - To grant a Tenancy at Will to Hoople Limited in advance of a formal sub-lease at Unit 3A Thorn
• From 1 August 2025, Hoople Ltd will
deliver the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) from Unit
3A following the financial collapse of the previous provider NRS
Healthcare.
• This will ensure that critical community equipment and
technology-enabled care services continue without disruption for
12,000 residents across the county.
• Hoople will occupy under the same terms as the sub-lease
that was previously granted to NRS and which has been
terminated.
