To direct award a contract for the provision of a Highways Asset Management Software System to Brightly Software Limited under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14) so as to supply a cloud hosted Enterprise Asset Management Software System (Confirm) from 1st July 2025 for a three (3) year period to 30th June 2028 in the sum of £379,158.00.
