To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure on the C1148 From A438 To Stoke Bridge, Stoke Edith, from junction of watery lane then southwards for 1000 metres, planned to be effective for a period of 12 days commencing on the 18th of November 2019.
