To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure on the C1135 Snails Bank, Bishops Frome, 190 metres from Rhea Farm, planned to be effective for a period of 3 days commencing on the 16th of December 2019.
