Approval of the window replacement planned maintenance works at St Davids Pupil Referral Unit, to be undertaken via Balfour Beatty Living Places, at an initial cost of £53,257 plus associated contingency, professional and statutory fees. A total cost up to the value of £62,000.
To be funded from the existing school capital maintenance budget.
