To authorise the making of a Temporary Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure of the U71606 Wrigglebrook Lane from Cress Cottage to the New House, Kingsthorne, Herefordshire. The Order shall come into effect on the 18th March 2019 and is planned to be in effect for 3 days.
