That:-

(a)    To approve the proposing of a Traffic Order to remove the goods vehicle stipulation from the loading bay on the north-west side of St Peter’s Square near the junction with Offa’s Street and to extend the taxi rank and loading bay outside St Peter’s Church (with an extended restriction period for the loading bay to include Sundays). (see map at Appendix 2) and
