To approve the Minerals and Waste Local Plan DPD issues and options paper for public consultation purposes, alongside the minerals and waste needs assessment evidence reports and a second call for sites, plus any minor updates necessary. Also that the Minerals and Waste Local Plan DPD consultation material is approved with authority delegated to the Programme Director Housing and Growth to make any final modifications necessary to the consultation materials.
