THAT it be recommended to Council that:

            (a)       an amount of £5,000,000 be approved by means of unsupported Prudential Borrowing to meet the preferred list of capital projects.

(b)            the Prudential Indicators detailed in Appendix 1, which include the projected Capital Programme, be endorsed.

(c)            the Treasury Management Strategy in Appendix 2 be endorsed.

(d)        that the borrowing limits outlined in Appendix 2 be approved.
