THAT 

(i)                 performance to the end of July 2007, and the adequacy of the proposed remedial actions to address areas of under-performance, be considered

THAT

a)   the final end-of-year performance for 2006-07 be noted

b)   the proposals for reporting arrangements through future Integrated Performance Reports be endorsed.

THAT

(i)                 performance for 2006-07 be noted; and

(ii)               the Best Value Performance Indicators for 2006-07 be approved for publication subject to any detailed textual amendments required.
