To consider an application for a review of a premises licence in respect of Magazin Timisoara, 22 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BD called by the Licensing Authority as a Responsible Authority under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Chairperson of the Licensing Sub-Committee introduced the item and explained that the premises licence holder of Magazin Timisoara was absent from the hearing. It was explained that the hearing would be postponed until 3 February to enable the attendance of the premises licence holder.
