It was agreed that the item be adjourned in order for a site visit to take place. The site will take place at 10.30 am on 14 February 2019 and the item will be discussed at the licensing sub committee meeting due to be held on 7 March 2019 at 10.00 am in Committee Room 1, Shire Hall.
