To consider an application for a grant of a premise licence in respect of Redbank Barn Events, Redbank Barn, New Groves Lane, Hampton Bishop, Hereford. HR1 4LD.

Members of the licensing sub-committee from the council’s planning and regulatory committee considered the above application, full details of which appeared before the Members in their agenda, the background papers and the supplement published on 5 August 2020.

The technical licensing officer presented the report and the sub-committee heard from environmental health.

The agent for the applicant informed the sub committee that he and his client had not received a copy of the supplemental information produced by environmental health. Having consulted with the applicant and hearing from the legal advisor, the sub committee agreed that the application be adjourned to 19 August to allow time for the applicant to consider the additional information.

Resolved:

That the application be adjourned to 19 August 2020.

To consider an application for a grant of a premise licence in respect of Behind Bars, Upper Holme, Lyonshall, Hereford. HR5 3JU.

The item in respect of Behind Bars had been withdrawn from the agenda prior to the meeting.
