Minutes:

The Chief Executive apprised Cabinet on progress made in implementing the agreed actions, following the special reports by the Director of Resources, and the independent review of the financial and contractual arrangements in the Council's Information and Communications Technology Department (the Crookall Report).  He referred to the appendices which presented an up-to-date picture of the actions carried out to date.  He said that is was clear from this that the Council was doing everything that it had agreed to do.

RESOLVED:

that(i) the report be noted; and

(ii) future monitoring and reporting be included within the Integrated Performance Report.
