THAT the plan and the priorities outlined, be supported.

Reasons for the decision:

The Plan identifies the direction of travel in the Every Child Matters outcomes and, therefore, is an important document for the Herefordshire area. The Plan is part of the Council’s Policy Framework and will be submitted to Council on 12^th May 2006 for final approval.
