• Award Balfour Beatty the contract to
complete roofing works at Walford Primary School up to the value of
£7,675 to include a contingency of up to £700.
Responsibility for managing and monitoring the project to be
carried out by the Capital Project Manager, within the spend
budget.
• To authorise the expenditure of up to £500 from the
professional fees allocation as set out in the Cabinet Decision.
