The City Link Road was constructed and opened in December 2017 as part of the Hereford City Centre Transport Package (HCCTP).

HC require external professional services to provide support in the assessment of a compensation claim received in relation to the construction of the City Link Road.

Bruton Knowles have previous experience providing advice on the project under a separate commission. A quotation has been provided to undertake this work and a value for money assessment has been completed against published National Framework rates for this type of service. Herefordshire Council’s Corporate Services were consulted regarding procurement and have confirmed compliance with contract procedure rules.
