To grant a renewal lease for Unit 6a Maylord Street, Maylord Orchards Centre, Hereford.
1. The unit is currently tenanted.
2. Our appointed agents have agreed terms for a lease renewal with Boots Opticians.
3. The negotiated terms are lower than the rent currently being paid. However, the unit was let some years previously and rents have come down significantly. Re-basing of the rent to align with current market sentiment will keep an important tenant within the scheme.
4. The Tenant will be responsible for Rent, Business Rates, Service Charge, and insurance.
5. Retaining well known high street names will help to continue to draw new tenants to the scheme.
