Purpose:
The cabinet member report dated the 12th
February 2021 authorises that the insurance settlement figure of
£173k be granted to the sports club to undertake the
reinstatement works.
The specification was approved in November by the councils building
surveyor and mechanical engineer.
The sports club to date have been paid £173 k as per the
cabinet member report dated he 12th February 2021. The actual
insurance settlement amount was £173,408.14, leaving a
balance in the cost centre of £408.14.
It is proposed that this balance be forwarded to the sports club as
full and final settlement.
A copy of the invoices and valuation to date have been
provided.
