Purpose:
Agreement to:
1. Award Balfour Beatty LP the contract to complete asbestos
removal works at Michaelchurch Primary School.
2. Approve the expenditure of up to £5,000 at Michaelchurch
Primary School for asbestos removal works, works required to be
completed as part of the heating and boiler scheme. Responsibility
for managing and monitoring the project to be carried out by the
Capital Project Manager, within the spend budget.
3. To authorise the expenditure of up to the value of £500 at
Michaelchurch for professional fees. Responsibility for managing
and monitoring the project to be carried out by the Capital Project
Manager, within the spend budget.
