Purpose:
In July 2020, having followed due process,
Herefordshire Council entered into a five year contract with Capita
Software Solutions for the supply and maintenance of its Library
Management System.
The parent company, Capita Ltd, has agreed the sale of its Software
Solutions business to Tiger UK Bidco Ltd. All staff, commitments
and liabilities will transfer to the new company and the terms of
our contract will not be affected.
