To authorise the service of a temporary traffic regulation order served under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require the temporary suspension of the ‘Saxon Court Site, The Avenue (Off Hoarwithy Road) Hereford (Prohibition of Driving) (Except for Local Buses ad Cycles) Order 2008’ and permit any vehicle to use (if appropriate) the length of said highway classified as: U82360 Orchard Avenue, Hereford, between the junction of C1261 Hoarwithy Road and U82246 Staddlestone Circle, during periods when the traffic control bollards have been lowered.
