To award a contract to SC Joseph for the
conversion and adaptations at Greencroft family and co-location
centre at a total cost of £218,350 plus statutory and
professional fees.
This is to ensure completion of the necessary phase 1 works towards
the expansion of Marlbrook Primary School and award a contract in
accordance with council contract procurement rules following a
competitive tendering process as required by the cabinet member
decision on 18 January 2018.
