To approve the Local Transport Plan (LTP) for 2013/14 to 2014/15 prior to it being submitted to Council on 8 March 2013 for adoption.

THAT:           

the Local Transport Plan (LTP) for 2013/14 to 2014/15 be approved by Cabinet and the recommendations of General Overview and Scrutiny Committee be incorporated into the final Report to Council for adoption.

To progress the LTP for adoption by the Council.

Having determined to extend the LTP2 (2006 to 2011) an alternative option would be to extend this plan once more but given changes in funding and strategy Cabinet determined (July 2012) to update the Plan in advance of the LDF being adopted.
