To approve the appointment of Telent Technology Services Limited to undertake the installation and commissioning of traffic signal improvements at Commercial Rd & Blueschool St, Hereford. The existing traffic signals have reached the end of their design life and are experiencing increasing failures. In accordance with framework procedures, a direct award is proposed to Telent Technology Services Limited, as they are the sole contractor for delivering Traffic Signal Improvement and Maintenance Works.

To deliver the investment as set out in the Cabinet Member Decision Report, the Council needs to award a contract for traffic signal upgrade works to Telent Technology Services Limited.
