To award a contract to Enterkey Training for
the delivery of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
provision in Herefordshire for an initial period of two years from
1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028, with an option to extend for a
further period of up to 12 months at the council’s
discretion. The maximum contract value will be no more than
£495,000, including any extension period.
