Approval is given to fund the purchase four one-bedroom flats in Hereford City for temporary accommodation including all associated purchase costs e.g. Stamp Duty, Legal fees and refurbishment.
The flats will be purchased for £500,000 with an additional £40,000 payable for stamp duty and up to £20,000 for refurbishment and legal costs.
