To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under Section 21 of The Town Police Clauses Act (1847) to require the temporary closure of the following roads in Ledbury:

A438 High Street.
B4216 New Street; between the junction with Top Cross and the junction with Market Street.

The order shall come into effect between 10:15 hrs and 11:15 hrs approximately on Friday 26th December 2025 and is planned to be in effect for these times only.
To manage the network, ensuring safety for all and to enable the Ledbury Hunt Boxing Day Meet to take place, for which purpose the Council, as highway authority, consider the closure of the road is required.
