To grant provide written consent to the Parish
Council to grant the easement to Welsh Water to lay a water
pipe.
1. The Council has been approached by Sutton St Nicholas Parish
Council’s property agent.
2. The Parish Council are proposing to grant an easement over their
land to Welsh Water and the property is subject to an overage
agreement in favor of Herefordshire Council.
3. The Council is required to comply with the restriction and
provide written consent for the Parish Council to grant the
easement.
4. There is no easement fee as the easement is for Welsh Water who
have an exemption.
