Renew Elgar House lease for Covid-19 Recovery

• Lease to be renewed until 31.03.2023 with rolling break after 6 months.

• All costs relating to the lease and the building will be recouped from WVT who will be occupying the building under Licence, to enable them to continue delivery of the Covid-19 vaccination programme.

• Elgar House suits WVT in terms of location and amenity and the Council is supporting them in the government’s roll-out of the vaccination programme by enabling them to continue to deliver the programme from this site.
