To authorise payment of £28,144.00 section 106 monies from CCTV monies to upgrade existing CCTV and provide additional CCTV cameras in the area
Planning permission was approved for
DCCW2006/0960/F - Proposed hotel, A4 public house outlet and
residential development. The permission was subject to a section
106 agreement dated 11 May 2006 that required a section 106 CCTV
contribution.
The section 106 agreement required the monies to be used towards
one closed circuit television camera off-site.
It is agreed to pay OpenView Security Solutions Ltd the following
section 106 monies;
DCCW2006/0960/F - Development At Pomona Place Hereford HR4 OLW-
£28,144 from account B03302 FIN1760 GT09.
The scheme meets the ambition in the Herefordshire County Plan
2020-2024 to strengthen communities to ensure everyone lives well
and safely together and to improve residents access to green
space
