The tenant has requested landlord’s
consent to replace 3 no windows and 1 no door, with purpose made
timber frames and double glazed window units.
It is recommended that the tenant obtains all necessary planning
and other approvals
It is recommended that suitably qualified and competent contractors
are used to carry out the works
Full repairing lease so all works at tenant’s
expense.
