East Street car park is owned by the council who have been approached by the new owner of 7 Castle Street to grant an access licence to allow him to access the garage situated at the rear of the property

The previous owner of the property had the benefit of an access licence personal to him for many years and no inconvenience or obstruction to the council resulted from the exercise of the rights granted

Terms for the licence have been agreed which include the payment of an annual fee based on the cost of an annual season ticket and an obligation on the licensee to cause no nuisance or obstruction to the council or other legitimate users of the car park.
