Employment Land and Incubation Space (ELIS) - to approve the revised business case and the progression of any associated relevant Capital Project/s
To recommend that Cabinet approve a revised
Employment Land and Incubation Space (ELIS) business case and
approve the associated relevant capital project/s.
The Market Town Investment Plans (MTIP’s) for each of
Herefordshire’s five market towns have suggested capital
project/s.
From the information provided within those MTIP’s, the
revised ELIS business case will recommend any relevant and viable
capital projects for the capital budget line.
An outline Business Case for each viable capital project will be
provided as appendices to the ELIS business case.

relevant project/s continue to full business case with a potential
spend from the Capital budget line
