Widemarsh Walk, Hereford – appropriation of land for highway purposes and funding
To recognise the existing public use of
Widemarsh Walk which links Hereford Footpath 6 to Widemarsh Common
Cycleway.
In order for the land to be appropriated to the public highway it
must first be granted or ‘disposed’ by Property
Services for that purpose, at nil consideration.
