Approval of the expenditure of up to £1,060 from the Capital Maintenance Schools’ Budget for gas works to St Peters School, Bromyard.
Agreement to:
1. Approve the spend of up to £1,060 to authorise the awarded
contractor for this scheme (Balfour Beatty LP) to appoint a
sub-contractor required to complete the scheme of works.
2. Approve this expenditure from the Capital Maintenance
School’s contingency allocation for the gas works at St
Peters School, Bromyard.
3. The initial Record of Officer Decision includes a contingency
value of up to £1,000 for this scheme of works.
4. For the Capital Project Manager to manage and ensure the
delivery of this Capital scheme within the spend budget.
