By entering into licence agreements with relevant landowners, the River Wye and Lugg Natural Flood Management Project will be able to install and access soil moisture testing equipment on several private properties within Herefordshire. This equipment is required to deliver Work Package 3B soil research, which has been designed to meet Defra’s funding requirements for research.
