Suspension of existing highways amenity licensing/pavement licensing (pavement café) activity in relation to the covid19 outbreak
Government advice is that the hospitality
venues must close from 5 November 2020 unless operating as a
takeaway/delivery operation.
Therefore any businesses that remain open under that capacity
should do so without seating areas.
