Approval of expenditure of up to £156, 000 from the Capital Maintenance Schools’ Budget for roofing and ventilation works to Aylestone School.
Award Balfour Beatty the contract to complete
the complete the roofing and ventilation works at Aylestone School
up to the value of £143, 884 to include a contingency value
of £29,150 from the contingency allocation.
Responsibility for managing and monitoring the project to be
carried out by the Capital Project Manager.
Authorisation of the expenditure of up to the value of
£12,000 from the professional fees allocation as set out in
the Cabinet Decision.
