The current skatepark in Ross-on-wye has been in place since 2006 and is in much need of updating and rebuilding.

It is used by all walks of life, including youngsters, used for the running of a skate school and used by people further a field than Ross-on-wye.

It's current state it is unsafe, the metal used for the ramps is falling apart and starting to pull away from the concrete, it is rusting through.

Building a new skatepark in ross will help boost its economy, with families travelling into ross for use of the skatepark
