benefit the rivers and wetlands across the city.
4. The works will open up areas of riverside walks, which are
currently overgrown and neglected, for the benefit of the public
and the flora and fauna that lives in and around them. The project
will also increase the public awareness of the natural environment
through the use of information boards and waymarkers.

Hereford and the consideration is to compensate for the public
value in the land that is being transferred.
