4. The Terms agreed leave the Tenant responsible for payment of the rent, landlord Service Charge, business rates, insurance, utilities and internal repairs.
5. The license aligns with the Management Plan January 2024 in respect of short term lettings.

To bring forward the implementation of this element of Quiet Routes works by combining with Lidl’s highway works to deliver better value for money due to economy of scale, and reduction in impact on road users by delivering both schemes in one roadspace booking
