To authorise the making of a Temporary Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure of the U93003 Monkland Village Road, Monkland, Herefordshire. The Order shall come into effect on the 30th January 2019 and is planned to be in effect for 3 days.
